It is not glowing
The color does not look like it glowing even in the dark. I feel bad after buying this shirt

This mom got major cool points
My son has been wearing it every day since he got it for Christmas. My mother got him a jacket previously but it was a girls jacket. My son prefers the short sleeves. The wolf glowed in the dark within minutes with the exception of the areas that did not get light. This was per instructions and was pretty interesting to see.
