I've ordered these a number of times over the past few years to combat that mid-afternoon slump, without the jittery feeling that comes from mid- or late-afternoon coffee. I'm not sure they actually give me energy, but they prevent slump, and the L-theanine also promoted calmness, which helps focus. These are mint-flavored and mild. Not tart. I wish they were less expensive, though; that's why I gave them four stars. They used to come in a little tin that you could put in your pocket or purse, but apparently they now come in a resealable bag. Which is fine; you just need to have your own tin or pillbox if you carry them with you.

This is my go to. I'm always very drowsy for hours in the morning before I naturally wake up. But not anymore. Not with these in my arsenal. I eat one about 20 mins before I get to work. Removes the brain fog. Never had an upset stomach from it. But I do drink water right after to dilute it in my stomach. I love these. Will be back for more after I go through this batch.

I received a tin of these as a gift and really liked the strong mint flavor and the little bit of caffeine. I found that if I let them melt in my mouth over a period of time then my breath is much fresher. So I bought a big bag and I have one after lunch or sometimes in the evening after a meal.

These are good but twice now I clicked on the gum and it changed it to mints.. idk if it’s a glitch or what.. very frustrating.. I won’t order again
