以前はカプセル型を飲んでいましたが、取り扱いがなかったのでこちらを。 線維筋痛症に対する効果は変わらず感じます。 発症してから通常の状態に戻るまでの期間が短くなる感じといえば良いでしょうか。 1日3食5g消費しても発症する時は一瞬なので、発症した時だけ飲むようにしていますがそれでも効果は十分。 味も甘味があって良い感じなので炭酸水に入れたりして飲んでいます。

I was an athlete but now have ME/CFS (chronic fatigue) + the related PEM ('exercise intolorance', with a 10x longer recovery (2-3 days) than normal (4 hrs)). I follow the late virologist Dr. Martin Lerner's ATP‐building supplement protocol; so have been using d-ribose (which is part of the 6-item protocol of d-ribose (along with carnitine/lysine (50/50), Vit B-3, CoQ10 (ubiquinol), magnesium, & ALA, plus a good Multi Vit/Min and a 'clean' dairy+gluten free low fat 'anti-inflammatory' diet) as a sugar replacement for years. With pacing my daily activities, my life is almost normal-ish again (i.e., I am not bedridden) and my heart recovers faster from exertion. I assume readers have a similar issue and that is why you are looking at buying this product. This brand is a Good Value, but the smell is a bit chemically and the flavor slightly less sweet (requiring one to use more at a time) than some other brands. But I would buy it again, depending on the price justifying the 25% larger serving (Standard serving in various studies is 15-60 gms/day).
