Loosed bad quality lids with no support
lids are loose and damaged. Sont have lid lock. Or even no rubber for lids. Whatever you put inside will automatically come out while grinding.

Worst product and very poor service experience.
Worst product and very poor service experience. Do not buy this product. The company is not ready to provide the service promised in the warranty card. After purchase, they changed the warranty conditions and are now asking customers to send the mixer to their warehouse at their own courier cost. The courier charges are higher than the actual product cost, which is completely unfair to customers. Very disappointing support and false warranty commitments. Better to go with a trusted branded product instead.

Worst experience with both amazon and longway..helpless
Never by products from longway they don't have a proper communication channel . I bought my product and it is still in warranty and instead of replacing it they are asking to parcel it and wait for revert and even amazon is not responding back I was told they will contact in 48 hours but I didn't got any call from them too instead of fixing my problem both amazon and longway both are making excuses... Worst experience...
