Do you have to take a shower everyday

It’s crazy how things said could be interpreted in many ways. It seems like the person that is asking this question, showers everyday and washes her hair as part as her shower routine. So she phrased her question wrong…she meant to ask, if she should wash her hair everyday. It just depends on your hair, the shampoos you use and how active you were that day. My advice would be to talk to the person who cuts your hair, they can help guide you with that.

Will sugar bear cause a breakout?

Yes! I never had breakouts like this until I took these. Pain cystic acne…I have scaring from it. My hair did grow but my skin looking like it did constantly breaking out and the break outs lasting for weeks…I didn’t find worth it at all. I am a light skinned black woman and growth is important but my skin shows everything and I was miserable in the time of taking them.

Will this help my nails? They are extremely brittle.
