Does it thicken hair?

Yes. At 61, my hair was thinning, especially in front. My hairline was receding. This distressed me. I started taking these pills. It's been about a year now. The balding spots have filled in ... the hair there is short still but it is filling in! It will grow longer. My bangs are thicker, too. Be patient with this ... it takes time to work. You likely won't notice a change right away. It could take months -- even many months. But it has worked for me, even with my "bald" spots.

Do you have to spread the three pills out over the day or can you take them all in one go?

I only take two pills a day. I see results.

An excellent multiple vitamin for those concerned with beauty or hair . I used it in the U.S. where my hair and skin were lovely. When I came to Japan, several years ago now, I stopped taking it. Within a year I noticed terrible changes to my hair and skin. Recently I remembered this product and was so happy to find it available here on Amazon. Fingers crossed it helps improve things. FYI, it makes me ravenous, so I'm not able to take the full dosage daily. Currently considering taking it after dinner or at bedtime on a full stomach to avoid the hunger this supplement stimulates. Others may experience the same side effect.
