Neither. Definitely not a perfume. It smelled like gas. I have some natural Frankincense and it smells amazing!! This smelled like gasoline!!

It's also recommended for some skin problems. the olive oil can help many skin issues and even make wounds heal faster (don't apply to open wound or in case if allergy to one of the anointing oil ingredients)
