Great vibration plate. Great for working out, relaxing, or lymphatic drainage.

Good machine. My remote never worked though. Fairly heavy equipment for an older person but doable.

This plate is super easy to use. I bought this for an overall fast and efficient total body workout and to increase my bone density. I have not been disappointed. I highly recommend this plate. My daughter also finds this easy to use. The straps are helpful for people who may feel that they want to hold onto something while the machine is vibrating. I have no trouble securely standing on the machine when it's on, but it's good to have the straps as an option.

I am not sure what this really does. I need to research it more. I only use it for 5 or 6 min. on lowest setting. It was highly recommended by a good friend. I will use it more to see the benefit. For now though it is good. It's hard to look at the remote when you are jiggling so that is why I gave it 4 stars. I need more info about it!

my sister suggested i get this, as it has helped her circulation. i purchased it and it works. after only a week, i noticed that my legs felt better and it was easier to walk. glad she told me. I am elderly and will not be using it for exercise, but it does work for poor circulation and mobility.
