This product is awesome. I was using a prescription fiber but it went out of stock so I did some research and this was recommended. I’m so glad I switched. It dissolves fully and quickly and literally has no taste at all. It helps keeps me regular and I get more for the money. Highly recommend!

Very good product. No grit, no taste and it works with no uncomfortable cramping. I sprinkle it on my cereal or sometimes put it in my coffee.

I suffered from severe bloating and constipation. I switched from my previous fiber supplement to this one and after one month I saw a huge difference. My bloating decreased significantly, my cravings decreased, and I had healthy bowel movements. I love that there's no gross texture or taste. This stuff was a game changer for me. I'm only giving it four stars instead of five because sometimes it makes my stool soft to the point where it's hard to pass, so sometimes I have to skip a day or two. Besides that, I'm so grateful for this supplement it's brought me so much relief.

i have had ibs-d for many many years. I visited my gastro p.a. in March. She suggested taking fiber and mentioned SunFiber. I checked out the reviews online and decided to give it a try. it does have a little taste but dissolves in liquid. i just drink it down. it has been 3 weeks now. I am so very very very happy i did. The bloating and explosive events are gone. the guar gum in Sunfiber is a binder which solidifies bowel stuffs. i can even eat out in public now which before i would always bring a doggie bag for fear of bowel retribution. Sunfiber can be used in gluten free cooking/baking as it is a thickener. goggle it. happy happy happy
