Can I use one syringe until its full or is it one syringe per extraction?

Personally, I would use the same guidelines as milk and only combine same temperature colostrum. So I would extract into a new syringe, but then refrigerate it and combine it into a previously refrigerated syringe once they're both the same temperature.
