Helps you become more regular to use the bathroom!
I originally brought this for my acne, due to viral video I watched on YouTube that claim this product helps to clear the skin. As of me, I don’t think it really help as much for my acne, but I did notice one of the side affects to this vitamins, was it made me got to the bathroom regularly. I already had problems using the bathroom regularly, so this help speed up the process to make me more consistent in that area. If you are looking for product that will help you go, this is the product for you. I personally take about 6 pills a day. This is what works for me.

I wish I knew about these vitamins years ago!
These pills completely changed my skin. I'm no longer getting cystic acne. I may have a minor breakout every now and then but it's never deep under the skin. Also, my skins seems to heal faster. I will continue to order these. Go to YouTube and hear all the success stories.

I’ve noticed immediate difference as well using this product, this vitamin B supposed to get rid of acne I still have acne so I’m not sure if you work or not. I’m gonna keep using it. I’ve only been using this for about five days so maybe that’s not enough time to tell.
