Yes, all of the reviews are accurate. This is a great seasoning. Haven’t put it on rice yet but it’s great on chicken and fish. Will be adding it to my regular seasoning rotation.

I was alarmed after reading some reviews that said this seasoning was too salty, however, I found this to be untrue!! The most important thing to understand is that seasoning always settles, and when you use it every time, shake it up vigorously!! That will ensure all seasonings are well distributed!! I used this in the broth before cooking my brown rice, and once again after cooking before frying to make fried rice. I must say, I used it made it exceptionally better!! Very aromatic and absolutely lovely, as the ginger came through which always sets an Asian dinner apart from others!

Love this spice. As soon as I opened the lid and smelled that scent, I thought I was in an Asian restaurant. I use this on everything Asian I cook, rice, veggies, shrimp....it's very good.

While the seasoning is flavorful, I was not able to sprinkle on to food because it clumped in bottle. So I just added by scraping teaspoonfuls while cooking. I would not buy again.
