I love this product! I've been drawing on my brows since I've been 15 now I'm in my late 50s! I've been through alot of different cosmetics and tools in my time and this is about one of the best brow pencils with a spoolie brush that I've come across. I love the fact that you dont need a sharpener to have a fresh point to use and color your brows. I think that is such a waste of product! I also use 2 and sometimes 3 colors at a time for a more natural look that adds a bit of depth.

Received a defective product. I do actually like this product - very much, but this one was defective on arrival straight out of the package. The telescoping "lead" of color comes retracted and extends by turning, like so many do. However, this one would not advance. When turning, it would just make a click sound and spin and spin, without any product coming out. It was unusable because of this. Not one application. When I wrote to seller, for a return - eventually got an email back asking for more time to handle the issue. (It is 2020 and things are tough with covid-19 so I did give them more time. ) (Amazon asks to give seller 2 days) I waited well over a week and wrote to seller again. This time I received an email from seller asking for description of problem <<which had been provided with original contact, and photo (which was provided.) I added that if I had not heard back within 24 hrs that I would be filing a claim against them with Amazon.I ended up contacting Amazon and they made it right and did a refund. I heard back from the company over a week later re my refund request. I will buy this product again, but not online and especially not from this 3rrd party seller. Had I purchased at my local store, I could have popped in and exchanged it in no time.
