Plus, you can set up quickly and easily and save time in the kitchen without sacrificing quality Review: No-fuss weeknight pasta - Last saturday, I was running late from the gym and needed something fast. These cooked up in about eight minutes, and I tossed them with just some olive oil, red pepper flakes and parmesan. The texture is pleasantly firm and has the satisfying chew you’d want from a good noodle. I also noticed that I didn't get that typical heavy, bloated feeling afterward, likely because of the high fiber and protein. It’s a very practical, reliable staple for anyone who wants to enjoy a big bowl of comfort food while staying on track with their health journey. Having it as a regular part of my rotation has really helped me avoid the temptation of ordering takeout when I'm tired. Review: Been having this for dinner all week! - First time I made this, I salted the water and cooked it about 8 or 9 mins - I was disappointed. Too salty and too mushy. Second time, I didn't add any salt and only let pasta boil for about a min or two before reducing to a simmer for 5 or 6 minutes more (7 in total). It was amazing in my recipe, which was adding the pasta to pre-made pasta sauce and a couple of table spoons of heavy cream powder. That's it. So good! I don't know how it will hold up in a pasta salad or if it's baked - but the way I made it was really good. Also, the portion size was enough for me, as I am trying to have my lighest meal for dinner. The price point is a little high when compared to regular pasta, but to eat what feels like a real pasta dish that doesn't spike my BS for $4.50 per serving is worth it for me.

Delicious
I love the texture of this pasta! It blends well with any sauce and I like that it has lots of protein and fiber.

Good snap
A solid choice when you want a noodle that really catches the seasonings. It allows me to enjoy a big bowl of pasta without the heavy, bloated feeling that follows traditional wheat. It boils up fast and stays firm, which is a big win for low-carb cooking.

Good flavor, great alternative to regular pasta
A little pricy but a great option for high protein low carb option. This cooks completely different than normal pasta, and I highly encourage you to stand at the pot the entire time to stir it so it doesn’t boil over. Cooks up in about 6 minutes, has a similar taste to regular pasta and when mixed with a sauce or other items you can’t really tell the difference. The pasta by itself however has a unique flavor. It’s not bad at all but it is different from regular pasta. If meal prepping, I’d encourage you to only make enough for 1-2 days out. Any longer than that and it tends to “breakdown” and get an almost gritty texture. This is probably one of the better alternatives I’ve tried and easily recommend it as a go. You get a lot of noodles in the box and can easily portion out several helpings worth
