Too salty and too mushy. Second time, I didn't add any salt and only let pasta boil for about a min or two before reducing to a simmer for 5 or 6 minutes more (7 in total). It was amazing in my recipe, which was adding the pasta to pre-made pasta sauce and a couple of table spoons of heavy cream powder. That's it. So good! I don't know how it will hold up in a pasta salad or if it's baked - but the way I made it was really good. Also, the portion size was enough for me, as I am trying to have my lighest meal for dinner. The price point is a little high when compared to regular pasta, but to eat what feels like a real pasta dish that doesn't spike my BS for $4.50 per serving is worth it for me. Amazing!
I just made this, and it’s INCREDIBLE! I was starving and made 1.5 servings (I could handle the cals today), but I couldn’t finish the bowl. Highly filling, good texture, and I’m excited to try different recipes. It’s expensive, but works with my macros and is fast to whip up on a weeknight. Very happy with this pasta!

Great substitute!
I’ve ordered this pasta several times already! I love this it is so high in protein, fiber, and has so few ingredients! It doesn’t take nearly as long to cook as traditional pasta. I was never a big pasta eater anyway, so it doesn’t taste that much different to me especially if it’s with sauce, meat, veggies, etc. It is a little pricey but I don’t really mind that since it comes with 3 and they last me a long time. Would highly recommend!

I'm in love!
I AM THRILLED with these lil noods. Never had I ever thought that I'd be able to find a keto-friendly noodle that actually had the texture of real pasta, but these fit the bill! I do strict keto, so 25g or less of net carbs per day and CLEAN eating, so these fit perfectly into my macros. They do have a little bit of a bean flavor, but if you're using literally any kind of sauce it should be easily masked. There are no nasty processed garbage ingredients in them which is so nice. I don't eat them super often bc they still seem pretty starchy but when I crave pasta (or mac n cheese, etc) while keto-ing, these are my #1 noodles. High fiber, high protein, low carb, and lovely!
