Old World Note Cards (Stationery, Boxed Cards)

I just received mine. There is a lot on these cards that I was afraid would make them look busy, but I was wrong. The first surprising thing I noticed was the faintest gold foil highlights dotting around the continents and other parts of the design that really made them stand out and seem high end. They were attention grabbers that actually toned down any busyness instead of adding to it. Take these on a trip. The very "old world" look to these are gender neutral towards masculine. Which would make them great for anyone, especially if they are into travel and also a great choice for men. There are many thoughts on this, but I was taught you pick the card for the recipient and it is sometimes hard to find the right note card for a male friend that doesn't seem overly plain, boring, or professional. These would be a good neutral choice for anyone I think. As mentioned, these offer uniqueness and old world charm. Pack your leather travel satchel and hit the road with the great adventurers. Versatile cards usable for many different occasions.

I love maps, especially antique ones. So will anyone to whom you send this card. It doesn't scream, it doesn't demand a parade, it feels quietly elegant and sort of says " You like to think, don't you?. Wish it were bigger, the better to get lost in.

Praktische Karten für schnelle, persönliche Grüße. Wertige Erscheinung. Innenseiten sind leer, die Karten sind 12,7 cm breit und 8,9 cm hoch. Die Maße erfordern allerdings ein gesondertes Porto der Klasse "Brief kompakt", da ein Standard-Brief mindestens 14 cm lang sein sollte! Aktuell (2022) gehört hier also eine 1-Euro-Marke auf den Umschlag anstelle der üblichen 0,85 Euro. Das sollte man vor dem Versenden unbedingt beachten!
