200. 1 oz per gallon would mean the 16 ounce can would only treat up to a 16 gallon tank and most additives have a small amount yet treat up to 20+ gallons of fuel.

Q: Which one do I use in the crankcase?

You can use it in the crankcase mixed with the oil. It can also be used in the gas, 2oz/Gal for 2 cycle and 1oz/gal for 4 cycle.
