As it is for the liver cleansing, you should not be surprised that it isnt pleasant to take,,but you get use to it, though takes time :-) as liver like bitter and yuk tastebut it is what you do to keep it happy.. as liver controls so much of your body functions

I can feel a difference when I take this! I take 1/2 -1 tsp 30 minutes after my meal at least 1 time a day. The taste is far from great and no amount of honey could help but I used some creamer instead and it does wonders, my gallbladder also doesn’t hurt after I take it. One bag lasts a long while, so I’d say it’s worth the price if you’re taking it promptly. :)

We love this Bhumi Amla. It’s very fresh, smells good and really helps lower our inflammation. And it’s a great buy.

This stuff was absolutely horrible tasting . I was told it would help with my gallbladder, but it did not.
