Very pleased with these smaller, slightly firmer, colloidal silver impregnated, feather-tipped, flossing toothbrushes for a smaller senior adult mouth. I use a yellow (sunrise) one in the morning after breakfast, and a coral (for sunset) one in the evening before bed. Each brush has 24 hours to dry out before I use it again, causing bacteria to dry and die before the next use. This tip is from the kind and generous Dr Ellie Phillips DDS whose whole protocol I follow with results that have delighted me.

These brushes provide a far more thorough cleaning along the gum line and in between teeth than any other toothbrush used to date. I highly recommend this toothbrush. It's uniquely designed bristles are very effective. The handle is shaped to provide a good grip. They truly need to be replaced about every 4 weeks, but given the value they provide, that is okay.

These are the toothbrush brand Dr. Ellie Phillips recommends, I use the children's size because I have a small head, and mouth. These are stiffer than what I'm used to, but they are flossing brushes (brush and floss at same time) so to be effective, they need to be stiff enough. My gums are sore at first, but will get used to it. These brushes are easy to hold on to and come in 4 different colors, to keep yours separate from others, or for you to rotate your own brushes. It's said they have silver in the bristles to minimize bacterial growth, and that they are supposed to dry within 6 hours. You do not want to use your brush if it hasn't dried yet from last use. I really like them so far, I am still healing from a tooth extraction so I have some pain from that, once that is healed, I will know when my mouth has accustomed to these brushes.

The children/youth toothbrush is a good size for adult mouths with narrow arches. I had a hard time using the adult brush for gum massage as recommended by Dr. Ellie Phillips for oral care. Timely delivery. Product as described. Exactly as expected for a niche but commodity item.
