I am updating my original review. I thought the fan quit working after about 2 months. I was wrong. After reaching out to customer service through Amazon, they explained the functionality and it is working as it should. Their prompt response and guidance alone warrants 5 stars. The fan certainly does help better balance the temperature in my split level. The upstairs rooms are not as cold in the winter and have been cooler so far this spring.

Awesome vent fans. Last season I only used the vent fans to cool one of our bedroom instead of running the supplemental window unit. Very quiet at medium to low speeds, can't tell it's even running. It's a good buy for the results.

Would not purchase again. We have 4 low profile fans in our home from another seller and they’re fantastic but unfortunately they didn’t have any more in stock. I ordered this one because it looked very similar to the ones we already have. I’m not so satisfied. First, it doesn’t immediately turn on when you hit the switch. There is a delay. Second, it beeps when turn it on. There is a button on the remote to turn sound off, which I did, but I think every time you turn the unit off at the switch, it resets. There is also a low running noise when the unit is on. The fan portion is louder than my other units - you can’t hear the fans running but on this unit you can. Brightness is good. No complaints there. I wish it was possible to try before you buy because I would’ve returned this unit and got my money back.

This is my third one of these. They do a great job of boosting the air conditioner. A little remote is helpful, and I like that you can turn the sound on and off. It truly does do a great job in the “hotspot“ rooms of my house. That said, it’s my third one because they last me about a year before they give out. I think it’s worth it, for the price. This is the lowest priced one on the market. Paying $30 to cool my home for the summer is a good trade-off.

Product performs as described. Lighting is bright. Fan works extremely well. Used in the dining area of an eat-in kitchen.

It was easy to install and fit well. I didn’t use the screws to anchor since it really didn’t need them with carpet in the room. Noise level was fine since it blends in with a separate room fan we use. Air flow was okay, but didn’t really notice a lot of difference in room temperature. Remote control is a bit confusing to use. Disappointed that it doesn’t turn on/off with the blower but is temp controlled instead, so it’ll run even if the blower is not running.

I bought these for my grandsons bedrooms bc they are gamers and that makes their rooms hot. These work great for helping keep the room cool !! Haven’t tried the heating part yet. Am going to buy some for my own house!!

compact footprint. Spins both ways, controlled by responsive remote. Warm and cool light that's dimmable and diffused. Air flow feels better than my old full size fan. Good value if you can find it on sale. Works really well, has made my room quieter and more comfortable. Easy to install as well, took less than an hour
