the smell of these is so bad. its very chemically. like it smells exactly like a scented trashbag. also, these run smallll. i got the xl and im a 20/22 and while they fit, technically and were comfortable while dry... both my buttcheeks were wholly out. like this fits like a thong on curvier gals... and then you get the dreaded sag when its wet, so youre left with a saggy thong. do yourself a favor and get period panties paired with Rael pads. neither is perfect but those at least dont smell like trashbag or ride up cheeks

Definitely the best overnight pads/panties I have tried. They absorb very well, I haven't experienced any leaks, but they do run small. I wear a size 20 so got the XL size which is supposed to fit 20-26, they fit me fine and would probably stretch to fit a 22 OK, but if you wear a 24 or 26 you probably should size up. As other reviewers have said, there is no indication as to which is the front and which is the back but I don't think that makes a difference because of the way they are constructed. The only thing I don't care for is the smell (dye, I think), I smell it when I'm putting them on but once they are under my regular underwear I don't smell it so it's not a big problem.

When they began combining the Xl and XXL into a combined size product, the resulting Always Discreet product is much less reliable. The leg openings are larger so there are more leaks than with previous sizing. The absorbancy is good but a leak is a leak. I will have to find a new brand, after using this one for almost ten years.

These were comparable (at least from how they look online) to the brand I have stayed with for two years. But these have idk - I guess a thinner lining, and it rides up easier? So I chafe from it bunching up in creases and riding and rubbing. They’re not comfortable to sleep in which is primarily what I want them for. They’re great coverage and do the job - the price is right, and you get a whole bunch? but the smell is kind of off, and well - I get a rash. So. Probably will use up this pack and switch back.

This product is absolutely awful.😣 I took them on a trip thinking that they would be perfect for travel. No front, no back. Terrible fit. Maybe had I ordered a smaller size,..They were uncomfortable, not durable and leaked. So disappointing and frustrating.

I love the smell of these , the only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I use the Walmart brand of these for my period and I get a size large and they fit really well but I got a XL in these and they fit just right meaning it’s no way someone that’s a size 20-26 can fit these unless you don’t have hips or a butt . Need to have more room so to me they run small

It's advertised as 360° coverage but the inner pad is no larger than the regular underwear. I was hoping it would provide extra protection when laying down. It specifically mentions that but the only real difference between the regular daytime coverage and these advertised as "night time" wear is.. they're black. That's it. So buy it for the color if you prefer but it's not going to give you extra positional protection they market is as.

The absolute best for no stains, no leaks, discreetness, everything. I have also tried Tena. Hands down, this one is the best. The only thing you might not like is the cover-up scent. It might be too strong for some folks. This brand fits small, so buy the next size category up, and you will be happy.

Would not recommend for bladder leaks. This would be great for periods, but I have not had any luck with these for stress incontinence due to coughing. I actually have to line them with another pad so they don't leak. Also the padding bunches a lot in the middle. I think they would be good for heavy periods, or postpartum, but not for bladder leaks and gushing. Also, I wear a size 22/24 and find these don't fit well. I have tried the size up (xxl), and they are too large. I will be going back to my other brand after trying these a few times.

Quite thin, yet very absorbent, for a pull-up. Good day/night disposable undies for those with mild to moderate urinary incontinence. Already wrote a lengthy (positive) review for the Large size, so I will keep this one brief. I bought the XL size for my mother (instead of her usual size Large) because there have been instances where packages, purchased via Amazon, that were marked as size Large wound up containing underwear that were likely a size Small/Medium. Ultimately, the XL size turned out to be better for her -- Higher waisted, less sweat-inducing and, overall, more comfortable (AND less prone to leakage up the back end) than the size Large. Those who are over 5ft 5 inches tall and who wear standard US women's size 18 to 22 in pants might prefer the XL size versus the Large. Compared to the "12-hour" daytime pink version or any colour of the "Boutique" versions, the black night ones (irregardless of size) are just as thin but far far more absorbent. Too bad that the manufacturer doesn't offer beige/white/camel colours with this level of absorbency.
