Taste pretty good. And really helps with gut issues. I've been using for about a month and I can see the difference in my DAILY I repeat DAILY bathroom habit.

I was so hesitant to try bc I have tried sea moss before and was disappointed. BUT let me tell you I am in love with the way I am feeling.. energy level is amazing… it’s a clean energy if that makes sense.. no jitters or nervous energy. Just an overall great feeling.. I fell in love with it from day one. So much so that I brought my jar to work so a friend could try.. within a hour she was letting everyone know after just 1 spoonful. I ended up letting a few more girls try and by the end of the day they were all asking where could I get some..: I will be ordering again today. Taste I can’t brag on but this is day 6 for me and it’s growing on me.. or do I just love the way I am feeling. I tried the pineapple flavor first time. But my plan is to try them all…

I've had a few other sea moss gels and this one is just not my favorite. It's thick and the taste is not for me. I love the benefits it gives but I car stomach the taste. O purchased the pineapple one and it's a no fit me. I don't recommend buy try it for yourself.

Absolutely love this stuff! NOT for taste but for effectiveness! I am super sensitive to things that taste weird and textures and, unbelievably, this didnt bother me at all. I dont even like pineapple but I cant wait to take this everyday because I feel so much better. I am on 8 weeks or so and I have more energy, nap less, and tmi but bathroom time is great. This stuff is expensive and we go through it fast but its worth it. I take mine with a tiny bit of whipped honey just to sweeten it up but it is genuinely fine on its own.
