It the mask weighted to conform to the eyelid surfaces?

The dry eye mask has a patented shape to contour to your eyes and only heat your meibomian glands.

Is the cover removable to wash?

Included in the mask I purchased was a small black cloth the wrap around the mask while in use. The removeable cover is washable, but I don't think you can safely deconstruct the mask itself and wash that cover.

Does this mask use infared heat? if not, what type of heat makes it moist and does a sprayer come with it?

It's not moist heat. It's like a hearing pad for your eyes. It's dry heat, and the best thing I've done for my eyes period. My dry eye condition was so bad I had special serum eye drops, several types of medication, and I still couldn't open one eye. With this mask I was able to do away with the air, get rid of the serum drops, and be pain free. The mask is remarkable!

Travel plug outside United States. Can I use this outside US & plug it?

I used mine in Italy with the proper plugs for Europe.
