Purchased as a gift for a friend, setup was simple and easy, delivered without issues/damages.

I purchased this chair to share with another stylist at our salon. It’s fits great in a small space and so far all of our clients are happy with the chair. As I opened the boxes to assemble the chair, I found only instructions for the stool the tech sits on, not for the pedicure chair itself. Even with the chair being pretty straightforward in assembling, I ran into a problem with the hydraulic pump (put the bar on wrong), and I reached out to the company to find out about it. They were very responsive and sent me pictures of how it should look. That’s how I found out I put the foot pump bar on the wrong side of the hydraulic pump. I appreciate their timeliness, but I would’ve appreciated having instructions on how to assemble the pedicure chair more.

This was very easy too assemble. Esthetically it looks really nice and gets the job done. Comfort wise, it is not the most comfortable chair and the foot rest is very small. Overall i do recommend to beginners or for those manicurist that work from home or small studio.
