Bought whoop 5.0 one and its easy to setup. I can see some real useful data . It's comfortable to wear 24*7 . I have been using this from past 3 days and can see the sleep , activity tracking auto detecting. If you want to get full advantage of features looks like I have to use it long-term and see the results. Battery life also seems good , have used it for 4 days and battery dropped by 30% .

Value for money and good battery pife Whoop one is enough for Normal person who just workout or play games

Don't buy this product. Pathetic customer support from Whoop and an extremely buggy application. Takes ages to sync, I couldn't use the product properly from day 1 itself, it didn't populate my step data or activity data on the dashboard. 2nd day onwards the option to manually add activities vanished from dashboard. Ripping off customers with an expensive subscription while their platform doesn't work.

It’s a great gadget—it feels really good to wear on the wrist and has a premium, luxurious feel. I started using it about 2–3 days ago, and the tracking on the Whoop 5.0 seems quite accurate. It’s giving proper readings for sleep and steps. However, I feel that when I use the app (Beta 5.02), it works a bit slowly. The responses aren’t very quick, and it sometimes feels like the app is lagging or hanging. I’ve tried refreshing and restarting my phone multiple times, but the issue still persists. Overall, I’m a doctor by profession, not a professional athlete, so for my usage it feels decent and satisfactory. Wearing it definitely gives a premium feel. The packaging was excellent, and the quality is very good. I would rate it around 7 or 8 out of 10.

Top class product. There is a reason why top athletes use it. The AI coach is a 🍒 on top.

Don’t buy from amazon buy from official whoop website. Because my whoop don’t charge I request whoop to replace they say your India seller tiger pug replace and they don’t care once they sell so you buy to direct whoop website.

これまでoura ringを使って満足していましたが、指輪という性質上柔術のスパーリング中につけることができないため、こちらを購入しました。英語しかないため、少しわかりづらいですが、電池の持ちも1週間は問題なく持ち概ね満足です。日本語対応に期待したいです。
