Will this body wash remove mineral sunscreen?

I'm not sure. It's a very gentle cleanser, so there may be residue left behind

Does this clog your shower drain?

I haven't had the experience of Naturium clogging shower drains. But I have only been using it a few months now.

Why do you add phenoxyethanol, betaine, and diacetate?

Look at naturiums website. They have an ingredient index and tell you why they use each ingredient and what it's used for. People most commonly question the use of preservatives which are necessary unless you want the product to go bad quickly.

How do i get the pump to work? i have twisted it both ways and it won’t spring up. am i missing something?

As I recall I had to twist farther than you would think counterclockwise until it popped up.
