FANCOLE 25-INCH Evaporative Air Cooler, Swamp Cooler Air Conditioner

This was advertised as able to cool a 400 sq foot room. The room I bought it for was 84 sq. feet ( a pet room for the dogs) . I assumed this unit would easily be able to cool such a small space ...wrong ! It never produced " cool or cold " air all it is is basically a small rotating fan. If you add water and use the " cool" setting it still just blows air but slightly humid air. The frozen ice packs made absolutely no difference. The wheels would fall off which causes the entire unit to severely tilt to one side and water to spill out , the wheels didn't seem to fit properly or attach tightly. This unit never cooled my small space down it actually made it warm and humid/ muggy. False advertising, I returned it. They did honor the return policy 100% so - Thank you for that .

This doesn't cool at all, at least not any more than an ordinary fan would. You can stack it full of ice and frozen ice packs, and it may feel cool for about five minutes. But it does not cool a room. And after a few minutes everything is melted and room temperature and it's just a fan again. I checked it with a laser temperature gauge, and even when it "felt" a little cooler, it was never colder than the ambient temperature in the house. Don't waste your money. Get a real air conditioner.

It doesn't blow cold air. Which I would've paid more attention to the reviews.

This is nice and blows cool air but you have to constantly clean it

Doesn’t get very cold even with ice packs. I even tried putting ice directly into it and still doesn’t get very cold. Not much difference between the fan setting and the cold setting. Box didn’t have a remote or instructions included either. Would suggest buying a more expensive cooler.

Does not keep your room cold at all. My room still felt like a sauna.

Does not change the temperature of the room will be returning. The unit also produces a strange smell that does not dissipate
