What is the material of this hat please and does this one come with a fleece lining? Does the fleece lining run to hot for runners during the winter..

Lightweight (not sure of material). No lining. Great winter racing hat. Good for general winter running. Runs average to slightly small.

Is the logo reflective?

Yes; i go to the gym daily but at night (after work) and actually had this on last night an even though there are sodium lamps in the parking lot , the walkways are not that "lit" but you can see the logo reflected in the mirror as if it was an neon light in same..

does it fit above or over the ears?
