Miracle Noodle Ready to Eat Organic Angel Hair Pasta, 7 Oz (Pack of 6)

I kind of wanted to give these 4 stars but I'm not going to penalize them too much because they just are what they are texture wise. You can boil them and then pan fry them and cut them some so they're not super long but they'll be a tad on the "rubbery" side. However for their nutritional value there's really nothing better, and as long as you know how to season food you can make them delicious. People have talked about weird smells and taste with these types of noodles but I never experienced that with this brand but I still boil them anyway out of habit. I feel like they're a tad expensive but there's not much to compare it too so I won't be too picky on the price front either. I've used these for different Italian meals and Asian meals and they were delicious each time so they definitely do their job. They're filling but low calorie and high fiber with no carbs since the fiber cancels the carbs out. Can't ask for much more.

The Miracle Noodle line of products is unbelievable. You have to try them. Some are made from egg whites also. They are all so healthy and filling. My husband loves them with his favorite red sauce and saved a whole bunch of calories without losing the flavor or texture. I recommend them to everyone. They are easy to cook and so versatile that they can be used in so many dishes. I was fortunate enough to meet the person who is the brains behind the Miracle Noodles who also developed the product. He alone is a first class doctor, and I am so lucky to have met him.

These noodles are the best I have found for keto pasta. They are soft, and really pick up the flavor of sauces well. Even my picky eaters clean the plate when we have pasta now!

I don’t trust this noodles anymore I have been buying this noodle for about 2 months now but as of lately, I have been seeing an inconsistency with the noodle. The one I ordered last week had a very bad smell to it that I had to throw my whole order away. My latest order now has an inconsistent texture. See the attached. One is dry, while the other one is “normal”. Safe to say I won’t be ordering this anymore cause I don’t trust the inconsistency

Like another customer said they really are a miracle I love pasta, but don’t eat it anymore because of all the bad carbs and calories A friend told me about these so I thought I’d try them I purchased the angel hair pasta six pack Just open the pouch, rinse and strain them and add your favorite sauce or topping The texture is great not mushy and not too chewy They really don’t have any taste of their own. It’s whatever you put on them. They fill you up, but they don’t set heavy in your belly And with only 5 cal and three carbs two of them being fiber these are the perfect side dish for me
