Good substitute for pasta noodles
The angel hair noodles are a great substitute for regular pasta spaghetti noodles. They are very low calorie and low carb. You do have to get use to the noodle consistency, which is not bad overall. My husband is a type I diabetic, so these fit into his diet very well. He is a very picky eater, but he has no problem eating these.

Al Dente’ Texture & Flavorless
My preferred style of this noodle is angel hair. It chews like al dente’ pasta. It is easy to prepare and is flavorless. All I taste is whatever sauce and meat I serve on it. I have no issues with digestion when I eat the recommended serving size.

Inconsistent Texture. Seems there are different Manufacturers
I don’t trust this noodles anymore I have been buying this noodle for about 2 months now but as of lately, I have been seeing an inconsistency with the noodle. The one I ordered last week had a very bad smell to it that I had to throw my whole order away. My latest order now has an inconsistent texture. See the attached. One is dry, while the other one is “normal”. Safe to say I won’t be ordering this anymore cause I don’t trust the inconsistency

If you are doing a low carb/keto diet, this is probably as good as its going to get. A bit expensive but most of these types of products just aren't cheap.
