Waste of money. Item is NOT even close to pictured item. Completely flat, definitely not memory foam. Have had such a terrible time trying to return or get my money back from this seller also, that I’m pissed about it. Almost didn’t even want to give it a review because it doesn’t even deserve the one star it made me give.

Very thin. There is no bumper around the head like the picture showed only around the foot area. Not worth the price and it took so long to come in I forgot I ordered it. I think I'll use it for a diaper changing pad. Not satisfied.

Very Poor Quality ! Very thin and flimsy-like. Very disappointed in money spent and time waiting for it to arrive only to not be pleased with product. Item isn't as sturdy as image shown. Not please at all!!!

The picture shows more of a raised gray piece for around the head. Mine is flat, not raised, flimsy. Disappointed!!
