I use this GU gel for long runs and races. It’s really helps during races- take one 15 minutes before and then every 45 minutes into the race and it keeps my energy during the race. It is easy to consume, easy on the stomach, and tastes good.

I used these for a long ruck march (18.4 miles) and they gave me the boost in energy that allowed me to complete it in time. 10/10 would recommend!

It tastes really good. Good for my Half marathon. Gooey and thick, and lasted through the race.

I love these things for quick energy right before motos. Can't always eat right before my races, so these come in clutch. Easy and quick to eat. Taste is fine.

Definitely gets the job done. I prefer to use during racing but will work for training rides as well. Taste is good and palatable. Texture is to be expected for Gu. Decent ingredients and size. One serving.
