Replacing my i robot S9 which replaced my samsung bot. The X5 D shape pro omni is far greater then the others. It took me 2weeks and 3calls to customer service to get it fine tuned to my expectations. There was nothing wrong with the x5, it was me figuring out how to use the app. Customer service was great and solved my problem each time i called only placed on hold for 3 seconds. I have a 2400 sq ft house. Half carpet an the other half tile and wood floor. I vacuum first then i wash the floors. I use the least amount of water because i have have real hardwood floors. It dose a great job on all. The suction power is set at the highest setting,because wehave a miniture italian grey hound only weighs 16.2 lbs. He sheds year round. Well traind never has gone to the bathroom in the house. Can hold it for over 14 hrs. The avoidence feature works great on his toys,our cords and sneakers. We were really amazed how well it does around chairs and table legs on carpet an tile & Wood. Very quiet on high power. No problem watching tv. Battery last a long time. All in it is a great vacuum. We can set and forget. The price was even better on Amazon under $500.

I have been using this vacuum for a little while now and it has made cleaning way easier. It picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair without me having to run it twice. The suction is strong enough to handle carpets and hard floors, and the brushes do not get tangled with hair which is a huge plus. The mopping feature is surprisingly good. It uses hot water to clean the mop pads so it does not leave a weird smell like some others I have tried. It also gets close to the edges and corners so I do not have to touch up much after it runs. The navigation is smart and it does not bump around randomly. It learns the layout pretty quickly and avoids things like furniture legs or cords. I like that it can handle the whole house without me having to move it around. It is nice to come home and have the floors already clean. It is quiet enough that I can run it while watching TV and it still gets the job done. This has definitely cut down my cleaning time and effort. I also really like the app that comes with it. Setting it up was simple and it connects quickly every time. I can start, stop, or send it to clean certain rooms right from my phone. The map it makes is clear and easy to read, and I can even schedule cleanings for different days and times. It sends alerts when it is done or needs attention, so I never have to guess what it is doing.

I've had the x5 pro about 10 days and I'm sorry I waited so long to invest in a good robotic maid. I've had a few lower quality machines and I'm surprised how far the tech has come in that time. We have a 4 year old, a German Shepherd and a baby on the way so we needed some help. Rosy does the trick and then some. The vac was easy to set up, bluetooth and wireless connection was a breeze plus fast mapping features. The best part is the ability to choose which room(s) to clean, which s wonderful for getting work done while the kid(s) sleep or if there are toys out in one of the rooms. We don't have to wait until everything is put away at night to use it. The brush and mop pads spin quickly and do a great job of catching dog hair, crumbs, and spills. I haven't used the camera and call features much yet, but love the idea with apup that might try to engage the vac when I'm not looking. It seems very sturdy though and is quiet hefty so no accidentally knocking the dock around. My favorite part is that there's no dust bin or pad to empty and change each time. The dock station empties, cleans and dries itself. All I have to do is empty the dirty water tank each time and the bag once it's full. (I do wish it came it extra backups but I found them easily on Amazon.) I feel like this will be a game changer for when the new baby gets here and wish we'd had it the last few years with our older mess making kid.

I’ve got a full house—3 dogs, 5 people—and the floors need near-constant attention. Our old Ecovac N8+ held up for six solid years, but it finally couldn’t keep up. Enter the X-series Deebot. I run it four times a day, and for the most part, it’s a beast. Cleans like a boss and keeps the fur tumbleweeds at bay. Initial hiccups: This unit kept getting stuck in the same places,I would resolve that and it would find another spot, and if someone left a cable even near its feeding path, forget about it. And weirdly, almost every time it tried returning to the base, it would angle in crooked, stall for 10–15 minutes, and finally figure itself out. I moved the base around, reset the vacuum—nothing helped. Customer Service Win: Amazon sent me to Ecovac. Ecovac sent me back to Amazon. Cue frustration. But once Ecovac took over, everything changed. They processed a hassle-free replacement, even letting me hang onto the old unit until the new one arrived. It showed up within a week—and it’s flawless. None of the old unit’s quirks, and still delivering top-tier cleaning. Bottom line: If you're willing to invest in the X-series, you're getting an elite cleaning experience backed by standout customer service. I’ve owned Ecovac models since the N79 base and I’m not switching brands anytime soon

We are no strangers to robot vacuums. We went through 4 of them so far and all are different brands. The current one that we were using is Deebot N8 plus. It's a great robot vacuum with so so mopping features. We decided to upgrade it with better vacuum that has really good mopping feature. This X5 Pro checks all the boxes that we are looking for. It has great lidar system, better mopping pads that actually attach and detach automatically. Also bigger tank plus to rinse dirty water to clean the mopping pads. We have senior dogs that constantly have accidents inside our house. This vacuum comes in clutch. It mops extremely well in between our deep cleaning sessions. The mops spin and clean all dirt and collect small debris with ease. Built quality seems to be better than our old N8. The mapping software is very similar but this somehow remembers the maps a bit better than our old ones. We don't have to keep cleaning the floor manually anymore and it saves a lot of time and efforts. The water tank lasts for a long time. We will have to do more research to make the dirty water less smelly in between the dumps. Overall, this is literally a lifesaver with the dogs. Will update for long term review in near future. So far, absolutely worth every penny we spent on this.
