It is in my unfinished lower level to reduce radon and it works. It is good looking and quiet and programmable for temperature, humidity, and timers. I have it on a schedule to reduce radon and it also lowers the humidity. It needs an intake air source for flow through ventilation. Go to their website for intake fans and flex tubing. Or get a second one for direct intake located at the other end of the space. The instruction book explains the settings. The fans can be reversed for in or out flow.Customer service is excellent. My fan as delivered from Amazon was the old model, which did not match the description. AC Infinity sent the new correct model direct from the factory with a prepaid shipping label to return the former model.

I somehow managed to order the intake model of this fan instead of the exhaust model but it was easy to reverse the flow following the instructions in the manual for the single fan T3/T7 models. Simply remove 4 screws in the four corners of each fan on the backside to remove the mounting plate and 4 more from the corners of each fan on the front face to free the fans and flip them over.In doing so I noticed a small battery like a CR2032 on the circuit board which allows the fan to keep the settings when it is not connected to power. So it can be programmed before you get in a crawl space to install it.It came with 4 machine screws and 4 wood screws with screw anchors but if mounting in a standard cement block opening you need a masonry bit and probably concrete screws.The really nice feature is the phone app that controls via bluetooth or wifi which is easier to program the fan than pushing buttons on the fan and allows additional programming features like timers. It also provides a graph of the humidity and temperature readings so you can see how it is working. However the instructions for connecting the app to the device were out of date. It was necessary to choose add device then select SMART HVAC and then select AIRTITAN. Customer service was good at answering questions before I ordered and after the purchase.

I installed this T8-N fan in my attic over my garage. I recently installed a 2-ton air conditioner to cool the garage and the attic above it is now sealed with Foam Seal. Since the attic over the garage has to be separated from the attic over the house due to building codes, I needed a way to get air flow through this space, so I added one passive vent in one corner of the garage and the T8-N fan unit in the opposite corner.Suggestions for Air Titan:1. Build it so the display portion is reversible so I could see it without having to go into the attic.2. Provide two ports for the sensor and the power. This would allow more options for the installer.I did add a piece of 9/16” plywood over the drywall due to the high humidity where I live. I plugged the fan into the same outlet for the garage door opener and ran the power cable to the fan through the hole the contractor made for the garage door opener sensor wires. So far, it’s working well; should be interesting to see how it works this summer.

Great build quality. Easy set up with supplied directions. This intake fan does not like to the app like the exhaust fan. All programming is on the actual unit. So, that is a slight inconvenience. You have to go to the fan and change the settings. Mine is outside on my swimming pool - pump house. I am using it with wall exhaust fan for excess heat removal from my gas pool heater. The 2 units are working perfectly to keep the heat down and protect the equipment. It is also providing a good supply of combustible air.

I've had odor problems in my 50 year old crawlspace since I bought the house. Circulating the air with a regular fan didn't really help. I have purchased 4 of these fans, 2 to pull air into the crawlspace and 2 to push old stagnant air out of the crawlspace. Unbelievable difference in the air quality in my crawlspace by doing this. The most amazing aspect of these fans is that you can install them with the controls facing the space or facing out of space where you can see the controls. You can unscrew the face plate, flip the fan blades if you need to change the direction of the fans. And they are pretty weather proof, but not freeze proof, so just remove the fan in the winter. Installation is very easy, they fight perfectly between 16" on center wall studs. It took about 10 minutes per fan to install them. What an amazing manufacturer this is; product works very well, and is easy to install, not to mention how nice they look on the siding.Thanks so much for a great product!!

This is a great product. I needed a solution to help with a humidity problem in the room above a crawlspace. The crawlspace is vented to the outside but the airflow is very weak. When I opened the AirTitan it struck me that it was packaged much like an Apple product. Very carefully and thoughtfully packed with everything necessary for installation in a variety of situations. All I had to do was drill 4 holes in the concrete block around the vent and install the new fans. Very simple. Once I connected power and the temperature/humidity probe, the display showed the current environment. Programming was straightforward and problem free. The fans are set to come on when my humidity or temperature levels exceed my settings. The airflow through this fan is set to level 7 (out of 10) and it is perfect for my situation.The product is attractive (too bad it is in a crawlspace) and is well built. Since I've only had it for a couple of days I can't speak for longevity but the company provided information on how to contact their Customer Service Department for support.Don't hesitate to buy this product. I'll buy more for the other areas of our home in the near future.
