Works really nicely. After a few uses i realized tricks for getting heavy or lighter sprays. Its extremely sparkly and adds a beautiful touch. And a little goes a LONG way, so definitely cost effective

This stuff is so pretty. It can be used to just about any drink or food and brighten it up. It's a beautiful glitter spray and you don't need a lot to get a gorgeous effect. That makes the product last longer and I feel that makes it a much better value. Drink wise - I use this in anything from cocktails to just regular soda and it brightens up my day. No matter what you're drinking if you spray this in there it feels ritzy! If you aren't careful, it can be messy. I wasn't prepared for this the first time I sprayed it, but ... it was fun. I actually have fun spraying this. Oh, and it also doesn't have a flavor so you can spray it on any food without worrying about adding any sweetness. You can add this to burgers. You can make your burgers sparkly. I suggest doing this. This stuff is great, and fun, and high quality. It does look a little high in price at first, but it's lasting forever for me and I ... I use it a lot. Any chance I get I'm making my food and drink sparkly.

This is a fine powder of edible grade mica luster dust, in a 0.35 ounce (10 gram) bottle with a pump to "spray" the powder out. If you do this outdoors it will float a long distance away on the wind. I struggled to get the results I was aiming for. I wanted to try coating a strawberry in a dusting of gold, and it hardly worked with a dry strawberry; the dust did not stick. I wet the strawberry under the sink and then got the sprayer really close to it with the result in the photo. You can see the streaks from individual sprays. It's not gold spray paint, it's dust with a pump (it's hard to call it a sprayer) that doesn't work really well. You might have better luck with it than me. Maybe I needed to shake it more? The dust is so light weight that it flies everywhere so I'm kind of glad I did this outside, though doing this in an enclosed area with no draft might be ideal. Perhaps the shower/bathtub? I'm sure normal people do it in their kitchen and there is not enough volume to the dust for it to be much of a problem. Edible glitter does not have a taste and doesn't change the texture of food. It's very finely ground mica. I immediately ate the strawberries I experimented on. I really got this for cake decorating. I will make sure that I use the edible glitter while the frosting is still moist for it to adhere better. I feel like it's a better value to buy edible luster dust without the sprayer.

The gold shimmer is an awesome touch to drinks and desserts made without adding any weird flavors to your items.
