This a great laptop at a great price. The specs said it ships with win 10 pro, but mine had Win 11 pro, and I was extremely happy about that. So far, the laptop has performed superbly. Even thought it is refurbished, it looks brand new. Tip: If you want to set up a local account only, start the setup without a network connection. It avoids being forced to set up a Microsoft account if you do not want that. I haven't tested the battery life because I'm never really far from being able to plug in. I am not a gamer, so I don't know how they will perform. But, overall, this is an excellent laptop for my everyday needs. I highly recommend it.

My wife needed a laptop because she will be working per diem from home, and this works with her docking station that provides her dual displays. I was going to purchase one from the big auction site, but decided to check Amazon first, and I am so happy I did ! This was an excellent purchase. I believe the laptop have never been used, there is no visible wear to the keyboard, bezel, or touch pad. There are no marks or scratches on the case. There is still a little plastic cover over the power button. It came very well packaged, a box inside of a box, the laptop was in a custom air packaging case that kept it very secure during shipping. A genuine Dell power adapter was included. It is a feature packed laptop, with plenty of ports, including a ethernet port. The backlit keyboard is both functional, and beautiful ! The best part is, no bloatware ! It comes with a fresh install of Windows11, and nothing else, none of that garbage software Dell installs on new PCs. The performance is spectacular, it's lightning fast, even after adding antivirus software and an office suite. Battery life is also fantastic. This might be the very best Amazon Prime purchase I've ever made ! Get one, you won't be sorry, and it's backed up by Prime !

Received computer yesterday. Charged for 12 hours with charger supplied and will not turn on. Used an additional charger we had at the house and lap top turned on right away. Unplugged charger and lap top immediately shut off. (With both chargers) My child is leaving for school Friday and am patiently awaiting a call back. Will update once this is rectified.

Computer is good. some weird controls with the volume buttons and having to press F to even get the volume controls to work, once i figured that out I was fine. But this make shift charger they sent me doesn't like to work. It's not the right charger so they slapped an adapter to the existing charging port to it to make it "work"... problem is that thing needs to be finessed to even charge and one slight move and it stops again. So not impressed I had to buy a new charger day one of getting it... I know it's not the original charger as i use to have this exact computer.. If everything was functional it would of been 5 star, as the computer itself so far runs really well.

So far so good, its running just fine. The laptop was shipped with a skin cover of the same color which was kind of cool but I removed it anyway and I found few scratches on the actual laptop skin which is fine because this is 3-4 years old laptop and you cannot expect them to be scratch free. Screen is FHD so it is good, battery life is decent and sound quality is also decent.

I purchased this laptop to replace an old Lenovo laptop because the hard drive failed, and it just wasn't worth the expense to replace the drive and still have an old, outdated computer.I was a little wary purchasing a renewed computer, but I decided to give it a try. It had a good price, the processor speed was very good, and Dell is a good name in the computer world.It was very easy to set up, I just turned it on and followed the prompts. Everything worked very well. I have been using the laptop as a service machine, which means it is on 24/7 waiting for me or someone to tell it to do something, and so far it is working very well. Because it is always running, I did purchase a USB powered cooling tray and put the laptop on it, and it seems to help quite a bit in keeping it running at a good temperature.Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase... can honestly recommend it.

Arrived quickly and the laptop is in very good condition and worked great, but the battery was low and had to be replaced. The new battery arrived in 2 days and worked great. The seller was so responsive and sent me the new battery so quick, also did a very good job in following up with me and answering my questions.

The laptop arrived very fast (within 24 hours) and works well, excepting the "S" keycap and hinge frequently fall off after several presses while typing. If the seller happens to see this and sends a replacement "S" keycap and hinge or replacement keyboard, I'd be overjoyed but it is an understandable oversight to a clean, well-working machine in otherwise good condition that arrived with a vinyl cover carefully cut around the vents. The screen looks great with no scratches and 0 dead pixels.
