I purchased this device in December of '24. After storing it until it was needed, it didn't work and by the time it failed it was too late to return. After reading the scant directions several times and attempting to decipher what they meant, I finally tried it. While making the proper connections settings, I turned the device on. It worked for several seconds, sounding like the pump was working, then suddenly stopped. The digital display had a ridiculously low psi reading and any attempt at pressing any buttons failed to do anything. I had to disconnect the power to turn it off. Remembering something in the directions about an overheating auto shut down, I waited about a half an hour before repeating the process. No luck. The lighting and display work fine but the control buttons do nothing, the display is still fixed and the pump fails to start. One other suspicious thing is the a fuse included and the only mention of it is in the parts list: inline fuse. There is no mention of fuse replacement or replacement type. Plus careful physical inspection of the device did not reveal any "replace fuse here". Maybe I just received a bad unit, but the shoddy documentation forces me to issue a caution when considering a purchase of this product. UPDATE: This is my revised product and company review. First, AstroAI stands by their product 100%. Without me asking, after reading negative Amazon review (above), they offered to supply a replacement at zero cost to me. The original product was faulty, for unknown reasons but the replacement so far works as advertised. Regardless of what other negative reviews claim, every works as advertised, customer service is outstanding and I would recommend this product

This sweet little dual motor unit will pay for itself! Trust me. Easy & fun to use. Set it & forget it! (at your tires recommended P.S.I.). Such a cool little device you'll be looking for excuses to use it! Backlit LCD display/so easy to use/emergency cartop red&white flashing lights/auto shut-off at required pressures/compact via amazing design/etc etc etc Ever wonder ... gas stations charge $1-$2 just to pump air in? Air pumps so cumbersome, difficult to use, hard to read, inaccurate, 1930's technology? Why? Because they are rugged & low maintenance, and stations HAVE TO provide them. Besides, the softer your tires are the more gas you have to buy to get to work everyday, so it's WIN-WIN for those (deleted). We already know we are supposed to check our tire's air pressures, but we look at that 'pump monster' with it's giant tentacle and tell ourselves we'll do it later (but rarely do). Or leave it to our mechanics to check at oil change ... but do they actually? Properly? Or warn you when they notice your 1 front tire is slowly leaking more than the others? If he/she is Jerry Seinfeld's mechanic then probably, otherwise ? So not. Good Auto mechanics may be hard to find, but the one single thing we consumers can do every month is to make sure our tires are "ROCK HARD" as to the Manufacturers strictest specifications (depending on vehicle load [how many passengers - trunk or truck bed storage]). Canada's changing seasonal temperatures make a big difference on tire pressure. So does the temperature of your tires when you check them and this amazing pump makes adjusting the tire's pressures up or down a tiny little bit a joy to use. Do yourself a favor & try it right out. If it isn't what you were looking for then simply send it back via Amazon's recent, VERY convenient return methods (Staples/Canada Post/others). Then try another pump from this Amazon retailer. You'll find the one best for your cars/RV/truck/trailers/mountain bike/air mattress/portable bed/kids wadding pool/blowup doll (What?.No. I said that out loud?) Hey, ever get a flat and try desperately to put that cheap spare tire on, that's somewhere in your trunk, only to find it's half flat also ? (cue the IMDB 'Deliverance' "Dueling Banjos" theme song)

The AstroAI Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor has quickly become one of the most useful tools I own. Whether I'm topping off vehicle tires, inflating bike tires, sports equipment, or other inflatables, this compressor handles every task with ease. What immediately sets this unit apart is the dual-power capability. Having both 12V DC and 110V AC options is incredibly convenient. I can use it in my garage with a standard wall outlet or take it on the road and power it directly from my vehicle. That flexibility makes it perfect for home use, travel, and emergency situations. The dual metal motor design provides impressive performance. It inflates tires quickly and feels much more robust than many smaller portable inflators I've used in the past. The compressor runs smoothly and maintains consistent pressure throughout operation. The digital display is easy to read and provides accurate pressure readings. I especially appreciate the automatic shutoff feature. Simply set the desired PSI, start the inflator, and it automatically stops when the target pressure is reached. This makes inflation simple, accurate, and worry-free. Build quality is excellent. The unit feels sturdy, well-constructed, and designed for long-term use. The included accessories make it versatile enough to handle everything from car tires and motorcycles to bicycles, sports balls, and recreational inflatables. I also appreciate the compact design, which makes it easy to store in the trunk of my vehicle or on a shelf in the garage without taking up much space. For anyone looking for a dependable air compressor that can be used both at home and on the road, this is an outstanding choice.

Works quite well would have given 5 stars if tire connection was a bit longer, easy to use, like having 2 options for power plug or truck power, would have been nice if a carrying bag came with so keep the box to store it in bought it as my old one (same brand didn't know that until I got the new one) the wire case had started to split due to cold weather usage, runs fairly quite which is nice also if having to use at night, read out is fairly accurate for tire pressure, read the same as the dashboard tire pressure read out. Having a handle on the top is good
