Easy to install and works as advertised. It allows someone to maintain their independence and modesty.

Life changing for my dad. The price was great, easy to install and easy for him to work the remote. arms easy to grab and assist to standing. AND VERY EASY TO INSTALL. little difficult to clean but the pros out weighs the cons by far

This is a great idea in theory however I was unable to use it. It’s my fault I didn’t open the box before the return window closed I accept my loss based on that. However when I did get to install it there wasn’t any hardware in the box. An email to the seller rectified that issue in short order and with great communication. Once we installed the seat it worked twice and then stopped lifting. It has power, light is on and I see it try to move. It just doesn’t. I’ve emailed the seller again and have not received a response. So we have a very heavy toilet seat with arms. An unfortunate waste of money.

I bought the Vocic AX12 Toilet Lift to increase safety and independence in the bathroom, and it has exceeded my expectations. I was expecting installation to be complicated, but I was surprised at how easy it was—it took my husband about 10 minutes, and the instructions were simple to follow. It easily attached to my Toto toilet with the enclosed bolts. Attaching the handrails was very easy (enclosed hardware & wrench). You do need an GFCI outlet nearby, so keep that in mind (I’m lucky to have one right next to the toilet). The lift itself is really sturdy and smooth, making it much easier to sit down and stand up. It feels stable and well-built, and I don’t have to worry about struggling or losing my balance. Bathrooms can be tricky when mobility is an issue, and this lift seat has given me a lot more confidence. If you’re looking for extra support in the bathroom, this is definitely worth considering. As I find videos helpful (esp when making large purchases), I filmed the installation so you can see how easy it is. Hope this helps.

Terrible. Broke after only a few weeks of light use with a 160lb person. Would never recommend any of their products based on our experience with lack of quality. It was also difficult for anyone with limited mobility to get far enough back on the toilet seat due to the deep front part. Edited because support was able to fix it not lifting (remote needed a reset). As for the cold metal in many reviews- you’re supposed to put a toilet seat on top of this but that isn’t clear anywhere. It’s an odd shape though so most don’t fit right. Knocked stars off for that and the fact it’s hard for the disabled to scoot far enough back and legs dangle. Need a foot stool to use with this.
