Dell Latitude 5420 14" FHD Business Laptop Computer, Quad-Core i7-1185G7, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB SSD, Backlit Keyboard, HDMI, Windows 11 Pro (Renewed)

Excellent laptop. I have had it for several months now and not had any trouble with it, any crashes, or any stalls. It is fast, fast, fast. The keyboard is very comfortable and the keys manipulate as a more expensive computer would with a nice solid, even touch kind of feel. The touch pad is positioned well so that using it instead of a mouse doesn't create problems with the curser skipping to an unwanted spot on any document you are typing. The USB and USB-C ports are adequate. I wish there were more USB options however because so many things plug into a computer using USB ports. The screen size is just right so that things look sharp and clear. Even though my computer is a re-conditioned, refurbished laptop, the battery appears to have a long battery life and lasts several hours. It is Windows 11 compatible. If I were buying the same model again the only change I would make is to buy one that had a touch screen as well. All the other features of this computer are excellent and the refurbished model is a great value for the money.

The computer is in good condition and works fine BUT it is running the deprecated Windows 10 and I'm finding no way to upgrade to Windows 11 without purchasing a new license. I paid more than I wanted to for this refurbished computer because it " Supposedly " came with Windows 11. This is an unacceptable situation. I like the computer, and it is fully capable of running Windows 11, I really don't want to spend the money on another copy of Windows 11 when it is supposed to have it already. Frustrated.

I want to say this is a pretty good Laptop Computer, as it is a Business Computer I did expect it to be as god of a Lattitude Computer's I Repaired as a Dell Warranty repair technician before I retired. I'm going to hold out that the problem I'm having will be fro the Docking station I purchased and will be resolved when I get a better docking station to setup a dual desktop Monitor system.

Best purchase I've made in a long time! I was hesitant about buying this because it was renewed but I could not pass up the features it had for the price. I'm so very happy with my choice. -First, it arrived about 16 hours after I ordered it-AMAZING- - The computer looks BRAND NEW. No scratches or ANY sign of use. - works flawlessly. THANK YOU PRIME TIME BUYS!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SELLER!!

Just as advertised. Looks like new. Very happy with it.

Absolutely DOES NOT come updated or with Windows 11 or anything like that. It took me multiple days before I could even get it updated to even function. However.... the camera is apparently outdated or something for windows hello (aka incompatible) so you can't use your face for windows hello, and you can't change any of the windows hello functions because "Windows Hello is preventing some options from being shown." Aka, you need a compatible camera in order to have the options to change the number of times you need to use Windows Hello. I'm not sure if I would have had to pay for Windows 11 or not, it sure appeared that I would have. But I took it to my IT sister's house and she did it for me. And you can't run the computer without Windows 11 - which costs over 300$ regardless of the plan. Even though I got Windows 11 for free, I still may return the computer because of the inconvenience and the incompatibility issues - I'm not sure if there are more, but it wouldn't surprise me at this point. I've only just tried to get it started so far. I haven't even tried to use it.

Computer is good. some weird controls with the volume buttons and having to press F to even get the volume controls to work, once i figured that out I was fine. But this make shift charger they sent me doesn't like to work. It's not the right charger so they slapped an adapter to the existing charging port to it to make it "work"... problem is that thing needs to be finessed to even charge and one slight move and it stops again. So not impressed I had to buy a new charger day one of getting it... I know it's not the original charger as i use to have this exact computer.. If everything was functional it would of been 5 star, as the computer itself so far runs really well.

Very happy with it. Only issue I had was the universal power adapter that came with it. Wouldnt charge it. I have a 45 watt extra charger that I'm using probably will use the ins I got with this to get a new charger BUT laptop works flawless running various programs

En lo personal no la recomiendo, en varias ocasiones compré reacondicionado en celulares y audífonos, no tenía ningún problemas quise darle la oportunidad para una laptop reacondicionado y la verdad, no tuve tan buena experiencia estaba bloqueada en bitlocker,tal vez era problema del vendedor, intenté contactarlo pero nunca tuve respuesta después que solucione ese pequeño detalle , me ponía a trabajar en ella y después de un rato la pantalla se congelaba y no me dejaba trabajar. Mencionado también que me daba pantallazos azules. Tómense el tiempo de invertir un poco más aparte de que se tardó un poco en devoluciones y rembolso. Pero la laptop venía enterita sin detalles físicos

Excelente producto, recibí una Laptop tal cual la describe el vendedor, en condición de excelente, solo trae dos detalles estéticos en la carcasa, fuera de eso el equipo está súper bien, ya la estuve probando y funciona de maravilla, la calidad del equipo es excelente, la recomiendo. Gracias al vendedor, sigan así!

Solicité reembolso porque el equipo llego con fallas en el sistema y el marco de plástico de la pantalla despegado, y ni Amazon ni el vendedor me realizaron el reembolso. Ya cerraron mi solicitud, y se quedaron con el equipo y con el pago efectuado. Pésimo.

La computadora funcionó perfectamente sin embargo llegó con la pantalla desprendida por fortuna no compromete el funcionamiento pero si pediría que revisen mejor los equipos antes de enviarlos.
