Tastes better and cleaner than toxic air fryers and way easier to clean

The concept of this non toxic air fryer is great, but the reality is, it isn’t as easy as it looks compared to other air fryers we are used to. It takes double the time to cook anything but my main issue is when u wash the glass bowl (as the self cleaning doesn’t take away stubborn stains) the oils gets stuck in between the glass bowl and the base, which makes it very difficult to clean. I bought this for ease but there is definitely a few teething issues with this product that manufacturers need to look at.

I have just sent an email to the Seller so am looking forward to receiving their support and feedback. I am sorry to say that the attachable motor for the Rotisserie is defective and the ‘arm’ of the Tumbler which connects into the motor side is no longer perpendicular. It seems that it has become bent. Basically, the motor stops randomly multiple times during a cooking cycle. It still happens with brand new batteries. It seems like the motor attachment is not attaching (biting in) properly anymore. It has to be removed and reset; sometimes I have to hold it in a particular position for it to work at all… This has been going on for a couple of months now. The ‘light’ remains ‘on’ but the rotor stops. It was more recently that I noticed the arm has become bent. We liked the product very much initially. I have asked the Seller to send a replacement motor and tumbler.

Zero help regarding how to use it, overpriced

Ok, but not very well designed. Gives off a toxic smell when cooking and really doesn't self clean. Not worth the money.

Used once then the fan stopped working. I found one of the screws from the air fryer unit in food I was preparing. The screw has apparently dislodged itself and fell into the food. Returned the item. Disappointed.

The air fryer works well overall and does a great job for everyday use. I also had a good experience with customer care, which was responsive and helpful. Just keep in mind that replacement parts may be harder to find in Canada.

This air fryer is not only beautiful, but it’s multifunctional, and even self cleans!! It’s not too noisy, haven’t noticed any odors, and it’s non toxic, and fun to see your food cook in real time. I wouldn’t mind it if it was just a little bit bigger for things like a turkey, but honestly, it’s perfect. If it were bigger, I’m not sure how often I’d use it. I’m able to store it away with the size it is, so I’m very content. I don’t know that I would have much use for it if it was much bigger anyway haha The controls are great and very beginner friendly. I’ve been very pleased with it!!

We decided to adopt this healthier glass air fryer and finally got rid of our old nonstick one since I’m trying to make healthier choices for my family. The glass design looks modern and gives me peace of mind knowing I’m cooking without harmful coatings. It’s very easy to use, heats up quickly, and cooks food evenly and crispy every time. I also love the 9-in-1 functions, especially the rotisserie option, which works surprisingly well. The self-cleaning feature makes cleanup so much easier, and the 5-quart size is perfect for family meals. This has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances!

I had been looking for a replacement for my old air fryer and this little baby caught my eye! What drew me in was the huge glass bowl that allows me to view my food while it’s cooking! I love the way it looks on my counter and my daughter loves to be able to see her chicken nuggets cook. This was a great buy for my family as we use the air fryer all the time! I made chicken wings for my first meal using this air fryer and babyyyyy! They were so crispy and crunchy! You would have thought the sound of the crunch was fake! I took the wings straight from the freezer and put them into the fryer with no thawing. They cooked for 25 minutes and I turned them over about halfway through the cooking time. Delicious! It comes with several attachments for different styles of cooking. A rotisserie stick for chicken or any time of meet that needs all over cooking and turning. It comes with a hook to grab the meat out once it’s finished cooking. It also comes with a detachable motor that turns the meat inside the air fryer. It’s is super easy to clean as it features a self cleaning option. You fill the bowl with soapy water and turn the air fryer on which allows the soapy water to heat up and easily remove any stuck on food. This makes for such an easy cleanup as my last air fryer was a pain to clean. I truly appreciate the glass bowl because it doesn’t feature any dangerous coatings that could release chemicals into my family’s food! This was a huge selling point when making my decision to purchase. I love how classy it looks in my kitchen. It’s not super loud. All air fryers make noise and it just becomes part of the kitchen clatter when making dinner. It doesn’t have a bad smell or anything like that. I literally just smell my food cooking. If you’re looking for a new air fryer like I was, you will absolutely love this one! I promise!

It works. The glass is easier to clean, and should last a life time. I have 2 major complaints. The glass bowl is way too small, TBH. I tried cooking a leg of lamb. It had to be chopped up to fit. The feet on the insert take away more height than you realize (from the center of the bowl, which is the deepest part). Honestly, if someone made a replacement bowl that was 3-4 inches DEEPER... It would be perfect. And for single layered items... The 5qt is very misleading. You get the grate area. No double grate option. used it twice, and even the daughter wouldn't take it off my hands for free... LOL
