Great walking stick. Right length n stoutness.. I use it every time I g o anywhere n get comments from strangers n I tell them where they can also get one . When I feel winded. I can pause with t he stick right in front of me , with both hands on yhe stick n lean on it n it's a comfortable rest . I'm 67 n have joint p a I n .. but we will keep that our secret. This is a fantastic walking staff/stick. I recently sprained my left foot, and for a couple of weeks I used crutches. Eventually I graduated to a cane, but the cane I own is more for looks than function. As a tall and heavy gent, I wanted something a bit more sturdy, and found this. It's wonderful. It's the perfect height for me, and is sturdy as heck. I've also gotten a lot of compliments on it. This is definitely worth getting if you're in a similar situation.
