Performed exactly as expected during bench test
This cabinet feels solid and the fans move a good bit of air without being too loud. Output jumped to the 40 Amps expected within seconds of triggering D+. And output cut in half instantly when LC was triggered. This thing gets mighty hot. I might mount it on a heat shield.

Narrow and small terminals now easy to connect
Prods - built strong, works good also Cons - terminals for power cables too small - impossible to use standard cable terminals. Need to grind every terminal from both sides to fit then in narrow spaces. Moreover power connections should be rotated on 90 degrees because it’s difficult to connect to power terminals. Would return products and newer buy VEVOR dc to dc because it’s has terrible power terminals. I love VEVOR products, but this charger must be modified. Attached photos of example good terminals other dc charger.

Almost Perfect
It is not bad, It charges in the first stage rate "Bulk Charge" up to a point and then stops. It does not go into second stage charging "Absorption Charge" to complete the charging to 100%. The connection points are not rated for 40 amps or #6 AWG Wire. It would be nice if the D+ connection point was built for a spade wire connector. I wish some of the other manufacturer's built their DC to DC chargers this sturdy.

Guter Booster, den teueren ebenbürtig.
Funktioniert bestens. Ich habe 400Ah an Batterien drin, die werden jetzt wesentlich schneller geladen. Natürlich sollte die Lichtmaschine genügend Leistung abgeben. Die D+ Leitung ist zwingend notwendig und der gesamte Leitungsquerschnitt sollte nicht unterdimensioniert sein.
