Machine works great kicking out stuff with it couldn’t be happier

Absolute Trash, Had this machine less than a month have gone through 3 cables and had down time of over a week. any response from customer service is over 24 hours. This is the season for Craft fairs I sold my Xtool S1 and F1 to "Upgrade "to this and regretting it Every Day My S1 was down 1 Day in the year plus I owned it and that was a frayed cable from many hours of usage, the wecreat software is Laggy and product Far from par for anyone that is using it for business. They had me buy a drag chain (knowing their product has issues) and install and not even a day later the cable has no continuity on 2 pins. The Lumos I also purchased no issues But I am not going to have 2 differant laptops so they are both going back.

I can only attest to the excellent customer service that we have received. Long story short, the first one was delivered to the wrong address by FedEx (that’s all on FedEx). The picture of where it was delivered, only showed the box and no surroundings. I immediately contacted FedEx. They said they would look into it then the next day they closed the ticket and told us it was lost and to contact the shipper. I contacted WeCreat and heard back from them in just a few hours. They had me a new machine on the way in the blink of an eye, even though it was not their fault. The first machine finally showed up and I contacted WeCreat again to let them know that I had two machines now. They were very helpful and even scheduled a home pick up for the extra machine. I’ll come back later once we try the machine out and give you a review of it. All I can say right now is their you any bettercustomer service is top-notch.
