The chopping board was packaged really well (not too much, not too little) and the box came in super handy when it came to seasoning the board. I kept it in there while I was doing it so I didn’t get the coconut oil everywhere. It’s really easy to clean, (just give it a wipe over) I then leave it leaning up against the side so it dries properly. The wood is beautiful, It looks good in my kitchen. A lovely piece, it will last some time........well worth the money

As a keen cook, a decent board is needed and this fits the bill. Brilliant piece of wood, well made and solid feel to the product. What quality and beautiful board. It is more impressive than I thought it would be. It is almost too lovely to cut on. It is a total delight to have in the kitchen and puts a smile on my face when I use it. Love it. The board needs to be waxed before you can use it. I use coconut oil and worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

I'm absolutely in love with this chopping board! It arrived unseasoned with all the instructions I could possibly need to use it. A good dollop of unrefined organic coconut oil later and I had a beautiful looking walnut chopping board to use. I now use the board everyday and find it very easy to clean and very durable. It is slimmer than other wooden boards I have used but in no way inferior and if anything than makes it easier to store in my kitchen! I can see myself using this chopping board for a long time to come!

The most expensive choppingboard I have ever purchased, and although it has not been washed or even got wet, the board warped. Total waste of money. AVOID

This is really nice and solid chopping board from good quality wood. It looks very qualitative and well made the only concern I have is a lack of WOW factor. Now when there are folding boards, boards with extra compartments and other bits and pieces - this is subtle and simple product for people who like classic things. It also came with some major instructions how to get your board ready and I had to buy some supplies to do so.

When I received I was a bit nervous around how the end result would look like after seasoning. Quick sanding (more because I fancied it than because it was needed) and then onto seasoning with natural coconut oil... after a few minutes, the board looked awesome... and with the confidence that it is all natural! It's been a pleasure using it since, perfect for the chopping, but also to present some snacks given it's great design. Would definitely recommend it!

I received my Virginia Boys Board 2 weeks ago, I polished it with organic coconut oil and leave it dry for 24 hours. I've been using it every day and its perfect, strong to knife hits (when cutting meeats with bones) and very simple to clean. It really worths the money! Congratulations to Virginia Boys on this product!

I received my chopping board and it came in just the right amount of packaging. It came unwaxed/oiled so i used unrefined coconut oil which really brought out the lovely dark walnut colour. Ive been using it constantly as i love to cook and im constantly chopping, slicing & dicing my meats, vegetables and herbs. I really love the juice groove around the edges which works well at catching run away juices unlike other chopping boards on the market. I find its a very good size too as were a family of six so i tend to buy large pieces of meat and they fit on with no problems. Its a very lovely chopping board and so easy to clean

Auch hier wiederhole ich einen entscheidenden Tipp: Amazon bietet ein Wachs-und Pflegebalsam in gleichem Atemzug an, suche einfach unter uulki (toller Name, oder?). Damit habe ich das naturbelassen gelieferte Brett rundum zweimal dick eingefettet und das Wachs einziehen lassen. Es entsteht eine schöne, bleibende Maserung, die der optischen Wirkung noch einen Pluspunkt verleiht. Neben der tollen Schneidebrett-Funktion hast du damit nämlich auch eine präsentable Unterlage für jede klassische Käseplatte zur Hand. Und jetzt, nach einigen Wochen in unserer Küche, ein kleiner Nachtrag: Das Brett ist in seiner Handhabung ein Traum. Nichts ist wackelig, nichts klappert, und durch das massive, schwere Nussholz bewegt sich beim Schneiden nichts hin und her.

This cutting board is great! It arrived only a few days ago and I love using it for all my veggies and breads. The groove around the edge of the board is pretty helpful for juicy fruits like watermelon. I think this cutting board is a great addition my kitchen and is beautiful enough to use as a serving dish for cheeses.

Esteticamente è molto carino. Il suo essere in legno, lo rende da un lato molto solido e compatto, allo stesso tempo molto robusto. Quando viene lavato, si asciuga molto rapidamente ed emana un fantastico odore di legno. Un po' caro, ma ne vale la pena. Consigliatissimo
