A very reasonably priced security camera! I love that it has no subscriptions and works very well. Its video and sound quality is good. The camera was easy to install, not complicated at all. I recommend it to others who want a proficient security camera for a great price.

I just purchased the Cooau C5 - I did some looking around at a bunch or makes and models. This one had what I was looking for. I wasn't familiar with the brand so I did some comparing and on paper = Looks very good. Also - Thank everyone who posted a review - That was a big factor. So I figured I would try it. It only took 2 days to arrive. I usually don't get excited about orders, but this, I was looking forward too. I opened it right away and already was impressed. The packaging was great. The could have drop kicked it off the truck - and I don't think it would have affected the camera. Installation was a snap = literally only 2 screws. I downloaded the app - Very straight forward with the steps exactly as shown - Everything connected easily - Wifi, camera, login and syncing the camera was all of 15 min and straight forward - no Youtubing to figure it out. After everything was set - I put up the camera - again only 2 screws and was up and running in 30 min. Now I get to play - Visual were pretty good - Better than I anticipated. However - I wasn't impressed and the motion detection didn't seem to work. So I started to go int specs, adjustments, re boot the router and didn't seem to change. I thought maybe it's placed too high - It's 10' off the ground - so I climbed the step latter to take it down and BINGO - I my haste I pulled a rookie mistake. I forgot to pull off the protective film covering the lens. As happy as I was - It was user error. I was even more amazed at how nice the picture was with the film on - but with it off - Absolutely amazing - very clear - even zooming in at 25-30 feet was great.It's been up for 3 days now and I am very satisfied with this product. I will keep you posted after some tweaking time. Now to top that - there Customer Service is top notch - I sent in the warranty about 2am EST - I had a reply within a couple hours, Cooao had listed in the ad to email them for a Thanksgiving special. So I did - again, the replied right away - Not just a thank you customer email, But a personable, freindly, We appreciate your patronage and are here for what questions or needs that might come up. I felt like family. A rare quality now a days. I may even add them to my Christmas card list. Hmmmm. Seriously - An excellent camera - Does exactly what I needed and want it to do. GREAT Camrea - GREAT Customer Service - GREAT to be a Happy Customer. I hope this helps if you are considering the C5 Camera.

Very good camera with a few exceptions. First, it holds a charge very well. I wasn’t expecting the solar panel to be this good in the winter. Never had to manually recharge it. Setup was easy enough. I had to drill into my brick wall next to my garage and was able to eventually mount it there. It snapped right in after I set the mount. I was worried that mounting it too close to the awning of the garage would impact the solar charge. Nope, still charges like a champ. App setup and pairing with WiFi was easy. I enjoy the app quite a bit and the notifications are helpful. Now keep in mind this is a cheap dad talking, so take that for what it’s worth… it only saves 6 seconds of video and only takes snapshots IF you haven’t paid for the monthly cloud service on the app. You can get around that with a SD card. But the cost is somewhere around $6 per month. If you want full time video recording saved for 30 days, it’s like $15 per month. Not a huge deal, but it’s worth noting if you aren’t expecting this. I have installed a SD card that seems to be doing a good job at saving more video if I’m away. Good video quality for sure, and it takes both night vision and color video that’s very sensitive at night. See from the photo I included here that it captured a raccoon on the street and in the video it caught my dogs sneaking out of the house. Cool features. The fact that I can control the camera angles from the app is a plus. There’s a security alarm function that could scare away intruders with either a sound alarm, a light flashing, or both. if you’re away and it also allows you to talk to people next to the camera via the app with ok sound quality. It’s been fun to scare my kids as they walk by the camera lol. So overall it’s a great value, just be mindful of the cost of cloud storage if you weren’t expecting that part.

This camera works great. The picture quality is very clear and vibrant. The solar panel for charging works terrific. Installation and connectivity is simple. Great price for a great buy.

Ottime telecamere da esterno. Il pannello solare e la batteria interna garantiscono autonomia e possibilità di istallazione senza necessità di lavori complicati. L'installazione è quindi facile e veloce. Immagini chiare di giorno e di notte. Mobilità della telecamera ottima. Rilevamento di movimento reattivo con salvataggio in locale su scheda e tutta una serie di opzioni aggiuntive (faretti, interfono, sirena) tra cui la possibilità di backup su server (opzione a pagamento). App facile e intuitiva. Consigliate sotto tutti gli aspetti.

Die Kamera übermittelt scharfe Bilder und auch nachts erfolgt per Einstellung eine Farbwiedergabe. Dank 2 Antennen hängt sie fehlerlos im WiFi/WLAN ohne Ausfälle. Viele weitere Möglichkeiten bietet die Kamera auch für Screeenshot, Aufnehmen, Sprechen, Bewegungserkennung, PTZ (= drehen in sämtliche Richtung per Fernsteuerung), weiters Licht ein, Sirene, Audio Warnung, Vollfarbmodus und dergleichen mehr! The camera stays charged using the solar panel so I never have to climb a ladder to change batteries. The picture is very sharp on my phone and the view covers the whole garden. AI detection tells the difference between a person and a stray cat to stop false alerts. I use it to keep an eye on the house when I am out. Night vision shows everything clearly even in the dark. Easy to set up, fits perfectly and excellent quality. Great value for the price. Very pleased. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would certainly recommend.

La qualité est au rendez-vous : les matériaux sont solides et le produit fonctionne parfaitement depuis sa mise en service. L’image est nette, les fonctionnalités sont pratiques et faciles à utiliser via l’application. La détection est réactive et fiable, ce qui me rassure au quotidien.
