This mushroom nut and bolt are of excellent quality. Very sturdy. Real wood. Very smooth and well polished. It’s also not too small, perfect size for a young toddler.

I bought this to teach my little one how to screw and unscrew things. Now at 13 months z is surprisingly proficient!

Bought this fun and simple toy for my son. The wood on the bottom of the threading was chipped which is very disappointing because it was very expensive and has lightly been used. In fact my son hasn’t even been able to get the top out of the base yet. I was going to return it and buy a new one, however the day I was going to ship it out my son saw it, grabbed it, and started playing with it. It is now too late to return the item. I am concerned that more wood will start chipping off of it but I hope not as it’s very cute and teaches a nice simple skill. It does seem very well made! I just think I got a dud item.

I had to sand the end of the screw. It was noticeably chipped when I received the item. But, it was a fairly easy fix with some medium/fine grit sandpaper. I don't think you can even tell that I touched it up. I'm still happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my one year old son. He’s fascinated by it! The quality is excellent - the wood is very smooth, so the also screw glides very smoothly along. Very happy with this purchase!
