Mora ceramics always is great quality! I recommend anything they make no questions asked!

I used a frittata recipe that called for a 9 x 13 pan. We are down to two, so I scaled the recipe down and used this pan. I am not crazy about white so chose the chai and am happy I did. It's a very gentle color and would pair well with other patterns. The finish is flawless and I am sure will hold up nicely. I can't add anything negative, because the pan is perfect.

I absolutely love the quality and ability of this tart baking dish. I could definitely see myself making a quiche or a frittata in this baking dish as well. I’m very satisfied with the dish.
