Secret Insoles Increase Height, Odor Resistant, Breathable, Memory Foam, Shock Absorption, Secret Insole, For Men and Women, 1 Pair

I’ve been wearing custom orthotics for the past few years ( $600) and still had very bad foot pain. I bought these and my pain is now almost gone. It has a solid arch and a lot of cushion in the other places where it needs it. If you feel like the arch is in the wrong place you probably need to trim the top to fit in your shoe. I had the same problem until I trimmed the top then the arch went in the correct area. It’s still early but so far these are working out really well for me. I will say they’re a little hot though but my experience with different insoles tells me this will probably just be temporary.

I'm not sure about the positive feedback by many users here probably my badluck , these insoles gave me groin pain right after i used them on a first day.

I have high arch on my plantar. For many years I had used different remedial soles even some are tailored made with cost almost USD$300. However, they all were unable to alleviate my pain so far. Until i found these insoles, My pain no more exists after using for one week. I therefore just re-ordered one more pair to fit to my sport shoes in addition to my normal working shoes. I think i will keep using this insole when replacement is needed.

Ive had Superfeet brand which is supposed to be really good at twice the money and these are so much better. I had extreme ball of foot and big toe pain for two weeks now. I bought new shoes with arch support and the pain got a little better but within a few days it flared up again, so I bought a brand new pair of Superfeet Green insoles and that did nothing, but putting these and even just sitting around the house with them in my shoes I could tell they made a huge difference. The Arch seemed pretty high at first but its taking a lot of pressure off the ball of my foot, which I think I needed. I feel my ankles are getting a work out too, maybe that's a good thing??? We will see what happens in a few more days but things are so much better after only a few hours. I tried to measure my arch before buying just putting my heal up and putting a piece of cardboard between my heal and ball of foot where it hit the floor and a tape measure to get the height. It looked to be about 2.5cm on the low end, but if I used the part higher up on my arch it looked to me more like 3.8cm and these insoles are 3.5. I figured it was close enough to test out atleast.
