The fan needs to be fully charged before first use to ensure it can run smoothly, and it can also works plugged in.

Q: Can I use another charging cable to charge the fan?

Dear customer, this is a universal plug, it is okay that use your own charger and other 5V 3A/2A USB type C cord to charge the fan.

The FARADAY standing fan comes with a remote control, a charger and a nice box, but does not include a carrying case. Dear customer, you can contact the seller on Amazon to get a replacement charger or remote, and other parts is not replaceable.
