Good vitamin at a decent price. One per day for an adult. About a 1/2” long, not hard to swallow, I take it with other medications. Didn’t have any taste to me. It looks like a whit powder in a clear capsule, no upset stomach or problem swallowing. I’m using this with vitamin B12 to try and help with constant headaches everyday.

Not entirely sure that this works well. I can feel and see (IYKYK) other vitamin B pills I’ve used in the past. Maybe I’m healthier now so it doesn’t come out as bright as it used to be.
