After workouts, I’ve noticed reduced muscle soreness and faster recovery. It’s also been helpful for stiffness in my lower back. I usually use it for about 15–20 minutes per session, and the warmth is gentle — not overly hot or uncomfortable. The build quality feels solid. AHHHHHHH! Relief from several conditions. Sore muscles? Use the mat. Joint pain? Use the mat. Swollen legs? Use the mat. Over time it really helps. The heat helps immediately and if I'm not careful I'll fall asleep because its so relaxing. Initially I bought a belt shaped one but I got tired of laying it down one leg, then the back of that leg, then down the other leg and then the back of that leg, then across the lower back then across the middle, then across the shoulders and on and on. I can sit on this and expose the back of my legs, lay it down the back of the sofa and it covers my shoulders down to my lower back, down from my neck to the top of my thighs and from mid thigh to my feet. 4 moves instead of many many more. Well worth it!

Very nice product with solid quality and good performance so far. I purchased this to help with low back pain, as I prefer to avoid pain medication, and I’m hopeful to see improvement after using it consistently for a few weeks. It appears well made and is a good value for the money. One small note: the instructions mention storing it in a dust-free bag when not in use, but no bag was included with my purchase. I plan to update this review after a few weeks of use to see if there is a signifgant difference.

So easy to use and covers most of the body. It has a 20 minute timer so that you can't overdo it and it helps melt away the pain.

I’ve had 5 back surgeries with my most recent one being only a couple of months ago. I have severe nerve pain most days and have a rough time just getting out of bed. This mat is like magic! It is SO helpful with these pains and I feel so much better after using it! If I could wrap my whole body in it and use it all day, I would!! I honestly thought this was just a gimmick, but I swear by it and use it every day. I do wish the instructions were better because I don’t really understand how to use the modes, but just hitting the power button 3 times makes it nice and toasty. It’s miles better than any heating pad! 100% recommended!!!

It works perfectly. Just make sure you check to see if you are sensitive to it by only exposing a small area at first. You may get a slight redness which should happen due to increased blood circulation. It has improved my mobility a thousand fold! My knees stopped aching and hurting! My 23 year old daughter uses it to brighten her skin and face. Again, it increases blood flow so it dramatically reduces blemishes for her. Highly recommend this unit!
